Immediate Source of Acquisition

Copies of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers photographs of Louisiana held by the New Orleans Public Library were distributed to several universities throughout the state in the 1980s by the NOPL. Each university received copies of photographs pertaining to their geographical region.
