Library Director, to John Rumm, referring to a telephone conversation with Mr. Rumm and enclosure of Volume 3 of Stubb’s Survey of Laurel Valley. Also copy of reply to this letter, dated October 12, 1978 form John Rumm, to which is attached a copy of “A Public Relations Study for Laurel Valley Village, Incorporated, Thibodaux, Louisiana by John C.
