Folder 2 inludes two original three-page voter list for the Democratic Delegate Election Central for Congressional Distric No.4. The first three-page copy is signed in the voter's hand and authorized by a commissioner, while a duplicate handmade copy was competed and signed by a different commissioner. Each page includes Ballot Numbers from 07501-07730, Napoleonville, La. as the voting location, and the Democratic District No. 4 and the voters.
