Historic Terrebonne Parish Collection
The collection dates from 1816 to 2025 and spans four linear feet. It includes maps, copies of diaries, ephemera, printed materials, photographs, artifacts, and audiovisual material relating to the history and culture of Terrebonne Parish. The collection is divided into seven series: People, families, and personal items; Historic sites; Schools; Cultural Events and Theatre; Religious organizations; Businesses; and Terrebonne Parish general papers.
Historic Thibodaux Collection
Contains a wide variety of manuscripts, photographs, and printed matter concerning the city of Thibodaux, its people and its history. Includes biographical sketches of prominent citizens; photographs and histories of important architecture such as churches, schools, and businesses; as well as articles and pamphlets detailing various religious and social organizations and their activities. There are also general facts and figures about the city itself and its importance to the state.
